Cured sheep’s cheese is the perfect product to accompany our Iberian products. Whenever we prepare a table of Iberian products, besides the loin, chorizo or salami, the sheep’s cheese cannot be missing. Cured sheep’s cheese has a curing period of between 8 and 12 months. Approximate weight between 0.400 and 0.450 kg.
