This Iberian Ham comes from Iberian pigs fed with natural feed of their own formula and pastures.
Presented in 100 or 250 gr format.
Preservation
Our Sliced Products arrive at your hands vacuum packed, so their preservation does not represent a great complication.
The best way to store it is with a temperature between 2 ° C and 4 ° C.
Preparation
Once removed from the fridge, all we have to do is open the envelope and place the ham on a plate so that it is well oxygenated. If you have carried out the process correctly, you will see how the slices come off easily and the ham retains all its flavor and smell.
Consumptiom
Unopened its original packaging can be kept for more than 1 month.
