We are sure that it will not last long, but to keep it well you should keep it in a cool and dry place away from the sun’s rays.
Preparation
In many houses, this type of sausages such as sobrasada end in the refrigerator and we have nothing special against it, although we advise a pantry, but if you keep it in the fridge, take it out 15 minutes before consuming it so that you do not miss any of it flavor.
