The cured sirloin is a fat-free sausage, which, seasoned with a marinade of family tradition, becomes an exclusive product of our company.
It is not necessary to take special precautions to preserve the cured Iberian sirloin, it will not last long. However, we recommend that you keep it in a cool, dry place without much light. If you keep it in the refrigerator, remove it 15 minutes before consuming it so that it does not lose any organoleptic characteristic.
To make the best use of it and to make it look even better on the plate, cut the sausage obliquely so that longer and more attractive slices are produced that are consumed at least two bites.
Buy a good loaf of bread, sit in good company and start cutting the sirloin. We have spent many afternoons and mornings with this sausage and we assure you that hand to hand attracts good conversations. Oh, and leave the phone where you cannot hear it.
